Which tyres from the ninetees?

Hi i'm trying to make myself a carset form the ninetees...but i really do not know which tyres i have to choose,,,,1991 tyres, 1994 tyres, 1997, 1998....what do you recommend? Personally i like the yellow goodyear tyre....secondy where could i download sky textures?
