How the hell do you edit TGA files???

I don't have paint shop pro so i can't use that to edit the TGA files (particularly the tyres)

anybody?

Windows XP - handels TGA files with built in program

erm, adobe photoshop?

Adboe Illustrator - handels tgas but i dont recomened it cos dont think it can resave them.

Most graphics programs handel them

can anyone give me steep by step instructions on how to edit the tyres using the 30 day trial version of psp 3?

Don't you mean PSP7? psp3 is very old

doesn't matter. i've nearly got the hang of editing tga's with photo express

Well i got photosuite 2...its great for editing, colouring etc, but i cant save the tga's as 32 bit, only a normal one...how can i specify the file format, unlike psp3, there is no drop down menu...
