High P.O! Do i need upgrade my pc?

My PC Spec: CPU P4 630 3GHZ HT, 3GB Ram bus 667Mhz, Video Card is Nvidia 8600GT. But i play Gp4 with GMGPG 2008 mod. My P.O always between 120-160. Do i need upgrade CPU, RAM and Video Card? Thanks for your help!

I dont think so. Even my laptop get max 100 with 2008 mod (mirrors off, otherwise is max 130)

Go into your Nvidia panel and configure the game for better performances.
Edit your F1 graphics.cfg file or use mine into the GP4faq (F1graphics.cfg file thread).
I don't play this mod but I use the 2008 cars, so I don't know if you can reduce the size of the textures into this mod. If yes, use lower textures.
