Hi guys

This one is definetly not leeced! :)

Released by felipecre based on (with permission) vass' BMW F1.09 shape.

It's not 100% perfect but it's good to get another 2009 car in the .wad!

Will obviously be on my 2009 thread :)

Thanks,
Iain.

Thank you for saying that :) TBH I actually enjoy doing it and it's nice that everyone can know what's what in one place.

Thanks,
Iain.

Nice but it seems a little fictional. Teh fonts are wrong, the logos are wrong positioned, and the stripes are distorted on the side...

It's usually caused when you change the graphics settings ingame before or after your start a session. Try setting your graphics then exit GP4 with save settings, then restart and you should be good to go.

I have another little problem. I can see the car well, but when it loses some piece there is a whole car attached to it. I know this depends on the order of the lods... any idea to sort it out? Maybe I could use the BMW shape, which works correctly, and change the name of the textures... what do you think?

i'm at work so i cannot do a deep test but if i'm right there is a problem in this carshape (also in bwm).
the object are not in correct order because left and right mirror have not the z_cockpit prefix.
Try adding the prefix and reorder object with gp4builder, the test ingame if you can ;)

Ok, I'll try.
The BMW works correctly with my cars.wad.

Ok, I've solved the problem of detaching pieces, thanks to Samuele.
The z_ prefix was already in the lods, so I just sorted the objects with GP4 builder. Here are the updated and working (at least on my PC) lods
