Soft tires

I choosed to youse soft tires on Gp4, but it was not a white line on th wheel, why not? it is a 2007 mod of Gp4

and sorry my bad english:P

There's not a seperate tyrethread for the soft tyres, both hard and soft always look the same in GP4 (both with or without white line)

Yes because in your game Michelin and Bridgestone use the same tyre model but Michelin ones have the white line.
It simulates the difference btw soft/hard

because Massa and Raikkonen drive for the same team. You can only choose the tyre for a team, not each driver

That's the opposite of what Massa93 means. Just because of the fact Raikkonen and Massa are from the same team, Massa should have a white line too if Raikkonen has one, which seems to be not the case if I understand Massa93 right.
