yes, that is true - most of the ones released are only interim cars painted on a template in some cases. i am not taking away from the work to do this (i couldn't do it myself), but scratch built shapes will almost always be better

ok Dumbest question (I've searched for the Best answer.) I got the TGAs Made and Got them both into Zmod and GP4 Builder And I can't Find the Option to Turn TGA into TEX. In GP4 Builder You can rename, But when i go to save, it just sames the shape and no Textures .

So the Dumb question is How do You get TGA to TEX? (And don't go saying TEX Resizer I tryed that and It asked me for an existing TEX?)

Use slimtex (ZaZ tools); or and older program: GP4Master

Another program which is very good to convert tga into tex files is Texresizer from LO2K. Texresizer
