Alpha information help (Fixed)

Hey, i just downloaded some new tyres and wanted to add a white stripe to them, so i opened the DDS in PS and did so, but when i save it, it says 'Alpha information will be lost' so when i play GP4, the tyres are very bright.

How can i stop this?
