Problem: Wet reflections during dry weather

Hi,
On some tracks I have some weird graphic problems.

It looks like reflections from some scenery, like marschalls, billboards etc are shown though it doesnt rain. These reflections look solid, but you can drive through them. I have this problem for example on Imola 1991.

However, it only happens on some add on tracks during dry session, but with changing weather. So the sesion or race starts dry but the weather report says it's going to rain later in the race or session.

Has someone else this problem? How can I solve it?

I've had this problem with a few tracks, it's weird, I never did solve it.
