how make tools for gp4, who know

i would like know, how to make the tools like GP4Master, Performance-Tools, Grafik-Tools or descrypted gp4.

who can help me, which program i need and how i find the special information

ok, 1st thing: get a biulder (i use delphi 5 pro, delphi 6 might be worth a squert)

2nd: get a book (on how to learn delphi)
3rd: ask someone to help u
4th: when theres millions of bugs in it, then its ready for beta1 testing

To make simple proggies you just need basic knowledge of a language and some general computer knowledge (file handing will help for game utils).

2. A big book
3. A big block of free time
4. A big and understanding wife*


*wife does not have to be big
