How do you edit the cfg file?

I want to edit the .cfg file , but i can't find a program to edit with, can n e one help me please

You can edit it with any text editor in windows, but you do better if you download GP4 graphics editor 1.0 which is very easy to use.

Warning!!! Some comments regarding to GP4 graphics editor 1.0:

On Win XP I haven't had any problem, but if you use win 98 this editor can delete some of your system files, although it makes a backup you won't know where to place them.
So be careful with this one.

Or you can wait for Neil's better one.
