solve this problem please

ive been using the super 32mb GP4 2002 update patch from the Driving Italia team which is good but not without its minor errors most of which I have corrected myself, but there is one im not sure how to fix............

When viewing a driver using track cam view its comes up with the drivers name his number in a little blue oval and the tyre manufactuer either red for Bridgestone or blue for Michelin.......
now Mclaren are using michelins but its coming up with the red circle for bridgestone, anyone know how i can change this too the blue michelin symbol????????
