Skyline, as I said to you in the pm, a 2008 mod has not been released yet but you can make your personal 2008 cars.wad with 2008 cars which have been released yet. J-C made a tuto on how to compile a non csm mod, if you don't know how to do this. Look at the faq here: Link
You can also modify your track set with TSM (Zaz Tools RC Public)
