How to create lods 1 to 4 from lod 0 ?

Bernard, the Toro Rosso and Red Bull of 2007 the first ones that you released
with Maikel had NO lower lods (those are the ones i have in the F1 2007 season mod).
Ferrari, Toyota, 1 of the Renault versions, Spyker and Mclaren also no lower lods. Only cars that had lower lods where Bmw, Super Aguri and Williams.

About 2008 and future seasons thats great stuff from the MMG-Gp4.
