I want Multiplayer in GP4..whose with me!!!

Hello all,

I have been searching for a good modern F1 multiplayer option. Yes, I have considered F1 2001/2002, but I don't like those sims. So I went to www.f1rcrelay.com and started looking into that.

The Relay gaming system seems great. So, I have 2 questions....1. Does anyone have F1RC/and have used it with the Relay system?? And 2. Is anyone interested in starting a petition to convince the Relay people to add support for GP4???

I say we start asking questions at www.f1rcrelay.com about GP4 support and maybe they will consider it. Relay supports F1RC, f1 2001, and Rally Trophy. They are trying to get the approval from EA to let them support F1 2k2 right now. What they need to be doing is to give support to GP4!!! LOL

If you want to start a petition I'm HERE.

Relay is most likely our only hope, and I'm not sure if it is even possible. But it's damn well worth a try!!!

Ok,

I can kind of see how a user based petition never works...look...the most feasible way of getting multiplayer in GP4 is to try and get some type of third party software invovled, ala` Vroc for GPL.

The Relay online gaming system currently supports F1RC, F1 2001 and Rally Trophy. They are in the process of negotiations with EA to allow them to support F1 2002. This is my thoght, we need all the GP4 users to register at the Relay forums and then let them know how we feel. Simply stating that we want multiplayer on this forum will get us NO Where!

This is not a flame against anyone here, but we need to be together on this if there is any hope of getting a decent multiplayer option for GP4.

Cut and paste it into your browser bar.

Register and simply let them know that the GP4 community would like support for GP4 in Relay.

I suggest to discuss to introduce above all the possibility at least to have a LAN MP via laplink ethernet cable,only 2 players at least pc vs pc.

Internet game should be more difficult to have cause the speed,and BTW I know someone have already succeded with GPX for GP4,the only thing is is too slow to play,even with T1 lines...I'll give it a try and as soon as I can I'll register myself to support GP4 MP as best as I can.

I va been there yesterday but absolutely no chance to resgister.

I've already tried 2,3 different names,I also saw " Registration correct...." but no chance to log on even 24 hours later...

Any suggestions?
