Well its hard to say now, but my guess having less rear grip
the cars will do the curbs slower but in the straights the top speed
should be similar as we have now because of exiting the corners at slower speeds it takes more time accelerate to final top speed as we knew in 2008
so it should be similar because next year cars should accelerate a little quicker.

Thats the reason KERS will be present on cars next year..

lol .. no, mate...this was just questions for my own understanding about spec for 2009 cars ... But I'd like to make some 2009 car's textures if I got time...
