GP4 and sims screens V11-56k!!-Only JPGS & No Spoilers

I really tried the heathazing effect often, but I could not get it looking nice.

Could someone explain me how to do it in a nice way? And should I blur first?

OMG Isaint the last Mclaren shot is amazing, i hope is GP4 but i'm not sure, anyway Great!!
