Interested in something like a league?

I was playing yesterday a bit Grand Prix 4. Tested out the S09 Carshape from Yohan and Hungaroring 2008 by gildoorf. During that time, I had the idea, that it would be nice, when Grand Prix 4 (now, where the game is anyway on top again thanks to the many modders at the moment) would have a league, where some guys drive against each other. Something like a hotlap league or a small championship, with one qualify and short race.

Don't know, if the interest would be there. When I see, that 8-12 are interested in it, I would build and host this championship.

But first, I need your comment. =)

I am intrested! I dont really know how those things go, since im a bit new.. But I like a bit of competition

Yeah, I was thinking too, that we should use the 2009 shape.

But we need more people =)

does anybody know if there is a league with the original cars?

If you refer to original game (nothing modified physics, tracks etc) then
Hotlaps.de GP4 is the ideal choice. The best hotlappers in the world are
here. Im the Wed Admin of that website.
Alternative you have Hotlaps.de GP4ADDON witch their is many new tracks
incorporated to the league, but the same as before no new physics or anything
to modify that.
