Hi MarioB, Tony and George.
MarioB his words were simply magnificent. I have the same thoughts as you. We need to unite more, without charges, fights or disagreements, we have to do as recently where many people helped the forum, with an avalanche of information, suggestions, ideas, in developing the circuit in Singapore.
This is important.
Every day we have new members wanting to learn, and we have to somehow help them, for the Grand Prix 4 did not finish.
I see no problem in teaching anyone, quite the contrary loves knowing that the individual has learned.
Much of Tony and his work, lovely person, the Bugatti track.
As I said Ruboy there are some points where the CC-lines may be a little more developed, I do not understand much, but Ruboy is a master.
The Ricardo Lampert is not hung up the Grand Prix 4, but failed to hand the work of upgrading the runways, now manages his Orkut community, where until I participate.
Again, fine words.

I love this track and the details it does have :p I like those new better looking grid lines and pit lines they looks so much better than orginal jip-mappings ,I hope that in the future we can have this kind of pit&grid lines for all the other tracks (F1 and none F1-tracks) as well :) great work guys, thanks :)

Ok, thanks for explanation. Personally I also think that it's the right way...more and more people are getting better hardware so that more PO or bigger file size is no problem anymore. Kepp going :)

Btw, I am lokking forward to Anderstorp and Mexico..these are really great tracks. I assume they will be released in a trackpack with the WSC mod...so we have more things to look forward to at the same time :)

Mate some time ago (2 - 3 months ago) i talked to (several
know people that we all have in common) about everyone been
more united, to all stick together and be helpfull to each
to other.

Ofcourse lets work all in one direction and all
more united and friends.

That would be awesome !! It will be a real pleasure to do this.

I totally agree we are not much people around, but doing
many of 1 thing doesnt help.

I recently was so close to abandon the community because of
recent incidents (some friends really know because i told them) and
many behind scenes stuff.
Im willing to start fresh and ill never mention again
what happend in the past. I promise.
I only ask for more communication between all of us and i think is
natural to have some good dialogue exchanging ideas, been more like
friends, etc.

celinho@ thanks for your nice words, that's the way it should go. Please say hello to Ricardo from me if you you see him around.

vesuvius@ about the lines; i think this will just the start of something new, so has Spa 1989 complete tarmac overlay with lines, dirt, different tarmac colors. I'm not a good painter but i maybe other guys (TTM)can do the same with their tracks so this will be improved every time. I think we can still improve the quality of this game and compare to other games, we are doing quit well, i think.

ruboy@ Mexico will be into the WSC track pack, for sure the best scratch build gp4 track. This quality is really amazing and very nice to drive. Anderstorp will not be in the mod, i know Ulf was working on this track but i have no idea how things goes with this track.

Great, so we agree about this...

Thank you for this, Jorge. It's the best for all of us. Let's stay focus on 1 thing; let's make the best mods.
And of course we need to discus more who's doing what and what plans we have. Of course we have a lot of ideas so we can talk about it. But i think it's important as well to be critical about our work, so what i mean is this; if there is something i have build (trackpart or what else)and you think it can be done better, just let me know and tell me how you think it can be improved. We both can learn from our criticism, and still will increase the quality of our work.

For sure there are some nice things going around;
of course WSC-mod,'79-mod,'88-mod, what you think of the '82 mod from Pedro, he is a real machine and has a lot of talent. Of course Duffer's great '98 cars, so a lot of great mods are in progress and a lot of work to be done (i hope i didn't forget a mod, if so sorry for that). So what i mean is if we can work together, 2009 can become gp4's finest year....

@Ruboy - Anderstorp is something Ulf and I are working on - very slowly though! Ulf has visited there a bit and has some good contacts, and of course is very talented so its shaping up to be a great track.
Mexico - and Brands Hatch GP layout - will be released with the WSC trackpack ... or maybe sooner :)

I'm really looking forward to Mexico. I've not wished for a track more, with the possible exception of Phoenix.
I'll make 1991-spec track cams when it's released.

That Anderstorp track will be as close as possible to
how it looked in -78, so that one of the reason for a slow project ;-)
The track is drivable thanks to Tony, but to find pictures of stuff that
is not there any more, is a bit tricky.
I will add a few thing more and then we could show some screen shot I hope ;-)

when i tried "le mans bugatti" track, it always crash to desktop while loading (the loading bar just only reaches to 75%).

after that, i look at the contents of bugatti2006 wad and i found a missing folder.

in the path given below;
bugatti2006.wad/maps/resources/
the "visor" folder is missing.

then i copied a "visor" folder from one of the working wad, and paste it into the "bugatti2006.wad/maps/resources/".

now it is working for me.

i hope this will be also a solution for you, if you have the same problem.

Thanks Burazel,

Yep, visor is a required folder so you did a good job here seeing it was missing and I'm sure it will help other players around.

Thanks again, Burazel!

That's the solution we needed for month now...
Just copied the "Realistic visor" se to the wad, and the tracks works like a charm!

For Tony and MarioB: another masterpiece, very good track, works very good with LMPS Beta Mod too...
