Driving Aids Editor download link re-upped

I used the link on the main page for this, but I cannot find the Editor !! Please Help !! ( Slowly climbing the skill levels, but due to severe crapness on my part I need all the help I can get lol).

When I click the driving aids link at www.grandprixgames.org, I cannot find the file there , I am useless !!

I must be useless also. I cant find it there either?

Go to www.grandprixgames.org, the look for Jul 2, an early version of GP4 editor. Download that cos there is a driving aids editor on it

im having trouble downloading, anywhere else i can get it?

To make it simpler for you just use Gp4 tweaker 1.0.4.5 its the
fifth item. Also this tool has many other cool features.
