How do I find FPS?

Just got my GP4 and set everything on/up in the game and it runs perfectly. However, how do I find out what the FPS is? With everything on it occupies 110% of my processor and this is for the first 2 laps of a race when everyone is together. Then it drops down to 80%. I guess thats the best I can get without sacrificing graphics options!

p.s I turned off launch control and it did nothing in a quickrace? A bug?

By the way, FPS is locked to what you set it to be in the advanced graphics menu. The important thing to look at is, that PO doesn't go over 100. When that happens the game slows down game time compared to real time, so that game time progesses slower. Everytime you PO is above 100 you are driving in slowmotion.
