I fell asleep once while running a 50% race at Sepang. You can imagine what happened to my car in game ;)

sometimes i have "blackouts" when a race is booring. i think about many off topic (no gp4) things and suddenly i realize that completely missed the last 5 laps. it feels like beeing in some sort of trance...i often do fastest laps under these circumstances
thank god i´m not doing that when i actually drive a real car

Very nice BadgerF1 !

@ Noobinio

Yea, I can remember myself doing a race and when I got to the end, and driving more relaxed, I wasn't aware of me doing the fastest laps of that race!

Really weird! Don't know if I got a blackout or something, I just chilled out and suddenly I was driving insanely fast ;)

The latest habits I had with GP4 were install it, try to put the mods in but then give up and uninstall thanks to annoyances and shortcomings. There are some default tracks I have never raced on, and I never started a championship in it ;).

I do the exact same thing. It feels that the race is so easy, but in fact, you just dont really pay attention. Its funny cause I do my fastest laps then too. How often I was wondering where the last few laps were :D
Also i move my head a bit like the driver would but only in hairy situations, e.g. when I try to not spin the car when its oversteering and stuff like that. And I sometimes get really angry at cars who should get lapped but wont let you pass. I curse them like I was driving on the Highway xD

One habit I had while actually being able to play GP4 was wonder where David Coulthard was and if he'd get on my way and if I could push him off-road without damaging my Arrows :P.

Since the sound in my GP4 doesn't work, I race with music in background.

If I'm not in the first positions and I have to do many overtakings I listen to hard rock, while if I'm in the lead and I just have to avoid trouble I like some gentler, softer music.

I was once doing a 50% race in Circuit Gilles Villenueve, and I was using Shumacher. I got into first and kept setting fast lap, but I didn't realize I was doing it until after the race because I seriously was not concentrating on the race. I was thinking about my teacher's math lecture and what I was going to do the next day :D
