GP4 Habits

Hi Every 1.
While I play GP4 I tend 2 hum 2 the revs, tilt my head around corners 2 pretend I am actually driving and then i yell at the screen when an AI car does something Stupid. So I was thinking does any 1 else do stuff like this, if so say.

I tend to slouch down in my chair, lower it quite a bit, and ALWAYS drive in cockpit view from beginning to end. I don't tilt my head, but have been known to "Roger" when the pitcrew say to "Pit, at the end of this lap!"

Oh no! Have I just admitted that!!

Well after I get a certain result I'm always having a pess conference in my mind, where I told my feelings about my time in qualy/position in race.

I deliver a Murray & Martin commentary and also conduct press conferences and interviews

I do James Allen And Martin Brundle Commentary and some times I have a podium for the top 3 drivers. And I replay my crashes and find out who fault it was.

no habits in GP4 but in rFactor i usually play some mp3s before a race in my league

I do that as well

if i'm in qualifying and get bored, i put invincibility on, and then just go around the track... backwards and then smash into everyone

i often play a free practice at spa and try to crash as heavily as possible at eau rouge

During qualifications session, when I come back to the pits, I smoke a cigarette and watch the other cars! Very sportive! lol

i used to where a BMX Helmet when i did races :P. got angry once coz my engine blew on 2nd to last corner at silverstone and i threw the helmet and it split :P so guess i would have been screwed if i came off me bike while wearing that helmet :P

I only recently rediscovered GP4 and during the last couple of weeks I've acquired a spare PC from work, stuck in a nice 256mb nvidia card and connected it to the 42" screen in my lounge. The Formula Force wheel quickly followed and I found my old beanbag which makes a great racing seat. After much thought I have now spun the coffee table round long ways in front of the telly with pedals underneath and the wheel fixed on one end...quite F1 car nose shape. With the screen being so large it's life size and I'm in a proper cockpit position!! geeky as hell and brilliant!

tilting head is a must - the real drivers do it, although I can't do Kubica's bonkers head movements!

After I get on pole position, or win a race, donuts are obligatory
(spinning with the car, not actually eating donuts,heh)
