How set qualify fuel with GpxPatch

I want set in qualify 18 fuel laps for every drivers,i make this setting but don't work.What I had wrong?

You have marked on qualify laps: 15. So, you have to increase this value, you can not have fuel for 18 laps if you have 15 laps only.
And one question, you want only 1 car each time in the free practice session?
You also need to mark how many cars you want at each time during the sessions

that´s ok, the value set there does not influence the practice sessions of (non)championship
races, it only means that you´re alone on the track when you chose free practice instead of quick race, hotlaps,...

I set qualify laps: 99 ,but there is always fuel for 5 laps
