Can u make your own Team Art. If U Can How Cause Im making my own small mod.

You need to convert the GPI files in Grand Prix 4\MenuData\PC\GP2001 folder. Convert them Tga using either Slimtex (which is part of ZAZtools) or GPIbrowser. Edit them to how you want them then convert them back. Remember that the alpha layer controls transparency. Black 100% transparent, white 100% visible.
