I too have this issue and turning off tv overlays doesn't help. But I only get it on some mods not all.

Well it looks like it's a GPxPatch problem, because that is where the info that it displays would show up. So I guess you could try installing the latest GPxPatch, becuase it looks almost as if the mod is trying to load panels that your version of GPxPatch might not support. If you've got an up-to-date version, try re-installing it.

open your f1graphic file with notepad and search for the line, tv overlays and put it on 0 and it will be solved

turn off arcade ovelays, should fix the problem
