HELP - problem with side wheels

hello mates

i would like know how i fix one small problem graphics. my tyres have some "grooves" on side wheels.

i need fix that side wheel, my is borred, grooves or some @#$%&. would like fix and i think is on f1graphics.cfg i fix that. my file is here. if anyone have sugest plz say.

PS: vsync on, antialisng setings 4x, antisotrop filtering 8x.

really thank you. did you fix you problem with sound? you try disabled the 2d and 3d sound in game? and don't forget disabled 3d sound on GPxPatch.
