CSM and Windows XP SP3

The newest CSM doesn't work anymore. When I open it, it just crashes, doesn't react to anything or give any error message. The beta version works, but not the RC. Earlier both versions were fine. At that time I had SP2 so I think SP3 has caused the problem. I have formatted my PC since last time, but it doesn't matter, does it? I can't use any mods with beta, as it always says "You need at least CSM 1.25.1140 to run this mod".

Some time ago I had a similar problem, regarding "You need at least CSM 1.25.1140 to run this mod".

Infact I have my home PC without internet connection, so the dowloaded version of CSM was out of date and I can't made the update.
I have resolved tricking one .ini file in the mod's folder.

It's a little brutal way, but have worked fine for me

open the csm file with notepad and change this line

MinimumVersion =1.25.1126 to the csm version you are using. Save it after changing and it should works for you
