Where to get the latesy Monaco track?

I found on Youtube this video:




Does anyone know where to get this track? I cant find it anywhere. I'm looking for a new version of Monaco.

i think this is the monaco track BETA by MarioB.
at the moment, i'm working on a update of this track.
MarioB have igive me the permission and i will be release a no-bug version very soon!

the track is fix but at the moment, i'm working on the 2008 adverts
