If they add Dirt or dust effect on sidepods after few laps will be nice to see and looks realistic. Like their rally races

I think by the time Codemasters has released the new game I will have a new computer so I can play new games again. And with that in mind, I just can't wait to get a game with graphics like GRID. I just like the idea to have the possibility to tear off the side pods, suspension, wings and noses.. Oh, and wheels ;)

Oh, I said "tear off".. ever thought about the new features which could be implemented in that game? Tear-offs, pit radio (not new, but this time fully functional), and most probably night F1 racing will be introduced by that game for the first time :)

I think GP4 has a very high level. I'm really satisfied with our game, with its limitations, but really satisfied!!!
I feel sad when I think about losing the progression on GP4 due to a new game. But are very good news the release of a new PC F1 game since... I don't remember. I hope that we never lose this community and GP4.
GP4 has become the game of my life. I play it since its release. I don't think about a F1 game that could beats the achievements of GP4.

We will see someday...

A very happy racing from Spain!!!

I find all the above highly unlikely.

Specially this one is even more unlikely than just 'highly unlikely' going ever to happpen. 1 and only reason is whatkind 99% of PS fanboys are.

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

i think codemasters will inevitable produce an arcadey game, but i hope its fully editable, and maybe it won't be too hard to convert some of our current work over to this game

I think codemasters could do a really good job here, but they could fail terribly with an arcade game (please dont!)

Some of the things id love to see:

- Awesome damage like in GRID
- Gravel effects and physics (where you get bogged down, like in grid)
- Really good rain and spray (DIRT's Waters pretty good, but could be better)
- Great crash physics with bendable barriers (DIRT) and destructable and bendable tyrewalls (GRID)
- Leaves on the track that get subjected to the turbulance of cars going past (there is always some at Melbourne before turn 3 on the tv)
- Progressively dirtying cars as previously mentioned
- "Marbles" on the outside of the track graphically, and also affecting the handling
- Really good pit stops - Overshooting the box causes crew to "shuffle" foward, possibility of stalling if you dont do it right, random pitcrew mistakes
- Official F1 intro videos built into the game like in GP4 when you start a championship
- Realistic huds showing driver lineup as an overlay on the screen, like on tv, and pitradio icons, geforece meter etc.
- Official ads and sponsors (goes without saying)
- Decent, varied, dynamic, exciting,COMMENTARY! (with Murray Walker as an unlockable bonus :)) from the official commentators, as well as pitcrew commentary.
- Realistic faliures, like the Maccas front left rim in Barcelona, that look and feel realistic
- Great force feedback for steering wheels / game pads.
- Support for navigating the entire game with a gamepad (like you can in DIRT/GRID)
- "Heli-Telly"
- Great realistic, possibly team dependant sounds
- Perfectly reaistic camera views are a MUST for realism including Team independant T-CAMs
- Grass/Gravel that sticks to your tyres
- Realistic heat haze (GP4's was rubbish!), including the reflective effect on the tarmac when looking at the cars from a shallow angle low to the ground.
- Realisitic safety cars (Most games iv seen they dont come out often enough or way too often.)

Anything else anyone wants to add :)?

I don't have to add anything :)
I'm sure if they make all those things in GRID and DIRT they will probably do the same with the F1 game. There are about 300 people working on this, so we could expect a lot of things like a real Safety Car.
