Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP Pedal Issue

Hi All

Just installed gp4 onto a Vista x64 pc and everything works well except for i can`t seem to get the pedals to work without having combined axis on?
If i set the control software to not report combined pedals i can calibrated the accelerator & brake in gp4 but when i try to drive only the brake pedal works?

Any ideas?
