Whats the first thing ur gonna do with gp4?

saw this over at another forum and it got good responses so thought i would start it here.

When u first load up gp4 and set up all the options etc, whats the first thing ur gonna do? i think i may either just hit the nearest button that enables me to race ie quickstart but if i can contain myself i think i may choose JPM and suzuka racetrack on practise mode.

What bout u guys?

Probably just hit the "quickrace" button. After all the calibration stuff.

Although it's looking a bit unlikely that I'll be buying GP4 when it comes out.....I have no money, I'm owing someone rather a lot of money, I'm going off travelling this summer, and GP4 is a luxury I'll have to do without!

i dont recommend u CRACK ur GP4 cd as it is more than likely it wont work in the future :P

Anyway, ill load it up, close the doors, put on some metal music (not too loud so that i cant hear the engines), get a drink (anything) and just piss around witbh options. Set graphics to full, everything to full, and get slowly into it. I guess Friday practice.....qualifying.......warm up.....race!!!

How long till release..i cant wait!!!

Ok, probably do what I always do. Set everything up and do a quick race at silverstone because that track never changes so I wont crash at the first turn (I hope)

I agree with Mark, it would have to be a trip to Monaco wouldn't it? Michael Schumacher at Monaco for me. I'll probably do one lap (having struck the barrier at every corner while scrolling through the cameras) then replay, and then charge off to another circuit (Suzuka). Just think, we would be preparing to do this in two days time had it not been delayed!

Usually I'll just jump straight to Silverstone for a quickrace. In the wet, too. Reminds me of the old GP2 days when your first quickrace would always be as Damon Hill starting 6th at Silverstone....

Oh that brings back some very clear memories!

GP2 was such a great game. Shame it was delayed by about 6 months

1) install it
2) jump up with joy
3) tell wife I'll be back in 6 months
4) play for 6 months
