Is it possible to have a camera in replay that doesn't follow the cars but stays at one point? Like on television sometimes for example.

It sometimes happens in the directors mode, but editing one to do it all the time is not possible.

Well, It's possible..
But it works only for a while, except if you can get your car stuck to the pits [like it does sometimes..] it's permanent.
Keyword is realtime editor.
