I think the criticism he got is a bit unfair, true his GFX are poor but that can be tweaked a little. Also, the only issue I saw was the final results standing, which can be saved by the way .

What GFX card and RAM memory do you have? I'd advise running at 1024x768, with no mirror objects, static lighting, low pitcrews and shadows, low-med track details, and high vehicle details and geometry. Then post screenies reduced to 800x600, and I'd advise also to pick some different cameras that show more of a close up of the car, not that TV cam down the straight. Keep trying .

I have 2gig of RAM, GFX is an Intel Express 965 family chipset thing (standard). I shall try those graphic ideas of yours

Wait a tick, why are people like FormulaHeine and ptclaus not entering into the WGP/W300 series first, that's the main one isn't it, where the testers are picked from?

Why is everyone questioning him, putting excuses of the screenshots etc?.
If other people want to join or have some fun watching this why others make trouble here??.

I don't personally want to make any trouble here, I was just stating maybe it is better to become a test driver in the WGP/W300 first, because this series is not started yet, we may have to wait until 09, or whenever season 4 starts. Plus, it may guarantee a drive in the series, as teams already in the WGP/W300 get first choice?

If everyone could just read the thread, and the P1 announcement, they would know what is going on here, and right now that is NOTHING. If people are looking for a drive, there are test vacancies in both series.

IIRC you entered W300 and left being mad, saying nasty words about everyone, so why would you join here ?

Well, here they can get their teams and drive actual races, not just testing. That could be it, too?

And I have an idea for performance files, if you don't end up using w300 people. Start everyone at 15960 for quali and 15980 for race, with range of 1024. As the races happen you go adding the points in w300/WGP style, and at the end of the season if someone is moving up the series an equation can easily be thought of to put the performances in range .

F33th3forc3, you might want to get some more ram too, 1Gb total of RAM will serve you well for everything, especially with a new card!

And I think we should leave Jorge alone, there's no need to start another silly discussion so no teasing eh ?

I think we need Mals approval bout this. and tom's and Maikel's before this series can get along.

I think owners of WGP and W300 have first right to have a team ?
Cause they have to remove their test drivers form the series.

They don't remove their test drivers. What if then this series is run without adding points to the performance file? Leave everyone equal with just a large range value, like 1448.

then there would be no point in having the series - As Mal said we dont need a rival series to the W300/WGP

Even better news is I found a PC case and I am going to buy a mother board bundle with 2 x 2.2 GhZ Processors, 2 GIG of RAM all for £130. I think the new card will go nicely with that considering I'm getting it free :P
