You're using old rear wing endplates and front wing. I know you used your R27 as a base so if you already know about things I'm talking just ignore my post.

to me it looks alright, but is the nose that much steep down? i thought it was a bit more rounded - but might be my eyes and the TV not being HD

The car looks fat... but again might be my eyes :P *runs to get some R28 screenies and see if i am wrong*
