I have a question for you lot

Am I the only one thinking HD games nowadays are more about eyecandy than realism? Dirt and GRID for example aren't looking realistic. CM only seems to show off how their cars can reflect enviroments like four times as much as in real life, and how fluffy the screens can look with way too much color bleeding and HDR.

I should be with HDR, but without bloom and bleeding, and with more contrast. Let dark be black, and let light be... light

Yeh i agree with Floris...anyway it looks just too bright and too smooth

I agree, HDR for example creates some really cool and shiny reflections, but is far from realistic.
Haven't played newest HD games much tho..

Well, even when it's a bit too bright, a F1 game with such graphics would look fantastic (imo)
Until the release of that there's a lot of free time for the developers too improve some things to create a realistic atmosphere

Atleast ps3 demo had 3 different cars and tracks..

1 of those were just incredible poor handling drift car and some random "track" for it. 2nd car was BMW from WTCC races. 3rd one was this green thing, wich can be seen in these screenies on this page.
