Overall is good, just try to make rims a little brighter... rear wheel is almost dark. But as I said, it's a very good render.

Kaid, I didn't notice the bump and wasn't aware of the flatness of the plastic at the side of the car, I'll look into that as soon as I open up the .max file :)

I am aware of the shape of the red bit, but I didn't come up with a solution yet because I don't know how to get the right shape yet.

But actually, I really like your way of constructive critism. Very cool you had some time to look into detail.. I appreciate it, and it motivates me :) I will try to fix the things you found, and I will post the solutions..

thanks for your help :)

Yeh because the rims do have black color :P
So i dont want to have them silver or somthing like that...for my taste they are shining to bright for black rims

Oh, thats just by lowering the opacy, but it isn't anything good for realistic glass..

Didn't remember who's help I got some time ago, but had a search and this is the tutorial I used times ago.. looks pretty good, just takes some time to render

/EDIT

Helps if I give a link:

It's coming along nicely.. This time with some better materials.. Don't forget this is my first proper 3d car, I know it still has lots of bugs and mistakes, but I'm quite happy with it.. But I'll keep improving ofcourse!

Thanks for the comments... I think this time the wheels are almost perfect... but they do not arrive to Eronix level... and I'll never be... that guy is a Master.

Again thanks :)

In a certain way I feel sorry for you guys I can't make you happy with the work I'm doing at the moment.

Nevertheless, I feel like sharing the progress I'm making with my Volvo 850 T5-R.

Finally some decent headlights, materials and tires(!). Carefully adding some details. The render itself is untouched. I made the background in Photoshop and later I imported the background into 3ds Max. Oh, and I changed it to a jpeg format instead of bmp.

This is it, I hope you some sort of like it anyway, even if it's non- GP4 ;-)
