How i can increase AI difficult???

How i can increase AI performace? Because i play by keyboard and i always win with AI. Thanks for your help!

Please use the search button, the same thread came up a few weeks ago!
Changing the ingame diff. level changes AI speed, otherwise alter the perf file and possibly the track magic data (only if nothing else works)

I can't find AI performance file. I searched but haven't result. I download AI performance file in racesimulation but AI can't improve. I always win.
