Hi everyone,

Today, I want to know if anyone is interested in getting Detroit Streets for the Grand Prix 4 sim. The reason why I asked was, Because I know the person who did the conversion of the track over to Rfactor and I asked him about a GP4 version and he just told me that he doesnt know how to do conversion for GP4, But he also stated that if I knew of anyone who knew how to do conversion that the person would get full permission to use his textures for the conversion over to GP4. If anyone is interested in a conversion of Detroit Streets from Rfactor to Greand Prix 4. Please let me know.

BTW, Here is a preview video that I made of the Detroit Streets circuit in Rfactor.

PLEASE NOTE: The preview video wasnt the final beta version of the track.

The author is willing to give his full permission to someone who is willing to do the conversion from his version of Rfactor to Grand Prix 4.

If youre interested in doing the conversion Jimbob, Please PM me and we will discuss it further. I can have the track to you tonight or tomorrow. Its up to you when you get a hold of me.

BTW, For those who dont know about this track. This track was big back in the 1980's for formula one and it is known as one of the tightest street circuits of all time.

Here is a video of the 1985 F1 race held at this circuit

I'll second that! This is a track that I hoped would make it to GP4 eventually! :)

You might see that happen in the future. Cant be certain on this. I wouldnt mind seeing it either. I race on the track in Rfactor and it is very good.

First, I want to say that it was great that someone was interested in taking on this project when I made the announcement if someone was interested in it.

Secondly, I want to thank the original author and Rickylix for giving permission to convert this track over to GP4, So the GP4 fans can have this track in the future.

Finally, I want to thank Jim for his interest on this converion project. Ive always been a street circuit fanatic and this street circuit is no exception.

I am looking foward to seeing the final product of this converion of Detroit Streets in GP4.
