You have to downlaod and install the PE_version of gp4tweaker. See the thread about the slipstream effect from GP4tweaker. It's the same version of GP4rweaker that enables the dirt.

this is the latest version madman released when he came back the last time !!!

its the reloaded version were slipstream effect and dirt on visor is included which you can find back in the 2006/2007 mod by tony and gp4italia !!!
