1998 Mod - Release - Steering Wheels Preview

Awesome car!

Well, after the render, a preview in game. As you can see those tyre aren't good, that normally because i have start to work on it. So texture of side wall and tread aren't good for that car.

Else for other car, i finished the Maclaren Shape.
For now i must finish Prost Texture and i must start the mapping and texture of Maclaren and the mod is finish.

Looks gorgeous Duffer.

While I realise this is a W.I.P, I've got some little pointers to make, some of which you may already know about, so please don't take this as a criticism.

Firstly the drivers name should be above the boss logo on the engine cover, surname followed by the drivers national flag was the format that McLaren used that season.

I'd also suggest increasing the thickness of the black line under the West logo on the sidepod.

You'll see what I mean from this picture - [img238.imageshack.us]

You'll also note from that picture that the Mercedes logo curves with the shape of the engine cover, rather than being exactly straight.

Finally, on the number 7 car, which was Coulthard's, the left star shape on the West man logo was red, rather than black.
