how do you make stripes or lines like this?

I was wondering how to make stripes and lines like this on te car.

Try with pen tool on photoshop. The first use can be a bit dificult, but it is very tricky. Once you got control of it, you can do any shape.

Very carefully!! :-p

I would use the point to point lassoo tool in Paint Shop Pro, then if its version 9, click the selections tab, and find the smooth function, and apply a 15-20% smooth to your point to point selection. Then fill in with white, then do a compress, by however thick you want the white lines to be, then make it red.
