an advice to who's playing this.. put "car team performance dependent" on in GpxPatch.. my car's huge lack of power compared to the AIs was a bit frustrating until i put this on, it fixed the problem

i'm now going to make a performance file for myself, i don't like to play with completely random AI, lol. i'm guessing the physics won't be messed up if i keep the BHP of the cars unchanged, right?

the graphics are great and the engine sound even better, love it.

Without setting it to 'random', the cars are way too slow and they crash very often in a turn.

Like to see Lee is doing an engine sound update for the '79 mod. :)

First of all, this mod is just awesome! One of greatest available for sure! But does it make it more exciting when you put the cars on all the same, instead of random? Or did you guys made the cars by random all the same performance?

That's because the performance is set to 8500. That's far too low...it's so low that the cars cannot hold the line and leave the track at slow corners.

Normal values are 14000 - 17000. YOu have to test it...I set performance to 17500 through CSM and the laptimes were quite close to each other :)

Try 17000-18000 and it should work.

Ok...maybe I am wrong :) I am not complaining at all ;-)

But somehow the cc cars had F1 speed when I set them to random...whereas I still had GP2 speed...I had no chance ;) I'll try again.

Install PLUS trackpack from gp4db.com. Or select another trackprofile.

Martin, i had the same problem, with the GPxPatch you must enable the box 'Car power team dependent'. :)
