Help with changing tyres

Hi guys,

I downloaded the file for the white lined 2007 tyres to go in Tonys 2006/07 mod. How would I go about installing these. When I installed some new cars into the mod I made a 2007 folder and put the new textures in there and changed the 2007 config file for that particular car. Is changing the tyres a similar process. If so what Config file is it, I looked everywhere for that file. If this is wrong how do I go about it. I hope that makes sense.

I just deleted the tyres in the tyres folder and replaced with lees and they worked fine for me
