a program to change set tyres?

What program i need to change setting of the tyres in the team?
i want set mclaren with michelin and ferrari with bridgestone and other

By the way, I have an issue with wadupdater because the 2007 car.wad that I have is weird - it has two michelin_tread_0_right_0.tex files, one stored under cars\tyres path and another just in the cars path.
When trying to update them with Lee's 2007 tyres, I end up with a problem that those teams with "Michelin" as their tyre dont get the updated tyre.
Any suggestions
