Help - Installing new Tracks

How could I install new tracks in the right order for GP4? Do I need special software?
I tried some tracks for 2007 but when I tried them, there was no track! I think they are not in the right slot!
Could anybody help?

Download Zaz Tools 5 from GP4db misc/tools, then from the same site get the 2006 mod and trackpack which includes 2007.
