whats is better photoshop or paint shop?

Both - PSP 8 for drawing things like body lines etc, PS for shadows/cutting sponsors/alpha layers...

I'm not proficient in either but i can get by - im starting to like PS more and more however as i am learning it

I use PSP 7, I find it easy to use although I'm looking at buying a newer version.

I use PSP 7.
Not because it's better than Photoshop but because I use it since a long time....
I downloaded the Gimp and I will have a look on it. It could be useful for some features and more and it's free, it could be a good alternative
