Orange smoke...

Is this normal??







I guess Heidfeld had an engine blow up - but can't say I've ever seen an orange one before....... was quite spectacular!

I'm guessing that's Fire but yes It does appear to be smoke. I never see it when I'm playing GP4 only in screenshots.

you need another onesmoke.tex file..

Yep, the orange smoke is from the original GP4 installation, if you want a better and realistic one, go to [www.realgpx.com]

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?

That's the first test smoke file I built. In game, it somehow looks like a big flame throw but it looks quite weird on still pics.
As Turbo Lover said, you can grab the new revision having a white smoke effect on my site at the link given above or clicking on my sig pic below.

sorry this isn't about the orange smoke - but i have the 2006 hud installed in gpxpatch but when i load the game i still get the in-built gp4 speedo showing underneath the 2006 hud. how do i remove the orginal gp4 speedo seen below?

Turn it off,, in gp4 settings.
