LMPs Mod Beta Version Realeased now(@ Pages no.6, repacked by b-tone & Gp4world)

In fact...im just addicted to this mod...wonderfull...that bentley and that Toyota...and the sound of the cars...

Sport cars spirit...

I'm frustrated, I can't drive with this mod. I used of course CSM with the ZaZ tools but it' doesn't work at all. I put in my main folder the original cars.wad and the GP4 patch. When I lauch CSM it works just a few seconds and starts but nothing changes. My cars.wad is the same but the size is about 100 mg instead of 23. Strange no ? What can I do please ? I tried to insert the cars one by one with Wadupdater but the wheels are disaxed and the cockpits don't appear. Maybe someone can send me the cars.wad ? Why not ? Thx a lot for the answers !!!

Awesome mod, the cars look stunning, and especially the bentley looks impressive.

one question: how can i turn of the in-cockpit headmovement off? In the other mods there just a CSM option for, but in this mod not (yet).

Now i have this problem with the default gp4 tracks and the manual (non TSM) installed tracks. It only happends with the LMPS mod and default tracks, with other trackpacks ór mods it is not a problem.



it has something to do with the lmps mod it seems, because it was after that installation.

i guess the .dat files were included in the lmps trackpack, as i have no problems with the same (default) tracks with other mods?

The dat files with comes with the mod are different ordered. Normally S1CT1 is Melbourne, but with this mod it is Barcelona.

Best way to fix it is to load the mod with CSM and then go to your Circuits folder of GP4 and rename the dat files.

ehhh. confusing! can i just NOT use teh track order that came wit teh mod and use other track paks?

I would recommend installing the mod from gp4db.com and the trackpack if you want, or use any other trackpack. The mod itself has no tracks in it so it won't be swapping the wad or dat as in the picture above

Strange, i did download it from gp4db.com, along with the trackpack. One things' for sure, it did do something with the tracks (the dat's as it seeems), as it is ONLY a problem with the LMPS mod, and not with the other mods.

Try to do a reinstall then. (from the mod, not the game :P)

If you don't use a trackpack and you load the mod with CSM, the dat files are differently named compared to the original ones.

Hi people!

This is a great mod, playing with it for a while...

So I wanted to make a new cars.wad without Toyota and Bentley, but with 2
Audi R8R, 2 Audi R8, 2 Taurus R&S and 2 Taurus Lola. So I copied all the needed files to a Toyota and Bentley folder, but then CSM didn't updated the cars.wad, I got original cars with tweeked tyre and helmet positions, of course.

So the question: How should I do this?

Question for yaya: do you think about relese some new cars or liveries?

Open the config.ini file in the Cars folder, and make some changes.
Change
Dir3 =team bentley
to
Dir3 =audi sports
Then you might get 2 sets of audi sports. If it doesn't work, then just copy the folder 'audi sports' to 'audi sports 2' and add that to the ini:
Dir3 =audi sports 2

I'm a newbee to GP4 and would really like to try the Le Mans mod.....

Is it possible to make an upload of a complete GP4 folder with the 'LMP MOD Beta Version' for us who can't use the ZAZ tools....??

Perhaps make it available via uTorrent or just one big download...

Hope someone kind GP4 user can help out here.... :>
