RIO CUARTO Track RELEASED!!!!

Hi Guys

Its a pleasure to anounce that this track has been released by Ariel Asuraniti.
You can download it in GP4-ARGENTINA.

Please dont say anything if you see a Michelin logo ok. I maid a silly mistake in the performance file. Ahh dont say anything about helmet position!!!!.

No offence but even i can add textures to a car better than that.

The looks alrite, if abit empty, you got a layout of the track? (press 7, 8 or 9 in game while using GPxPatch)

The track looks quite fast. Could you show the layout?

oo yeah stripey!

I do admire them working on a whole mod of tracks... keep going!

from screenies kerbs look huge & horizon texures are out of line with gaps in them.. the car seems out of scale with track....

just downloaded....few tips...first off include a read me file with at least a basic description of track & a thanks to l02k for gp4 builder..

also....please spend more time building the tracks....this looks poor & gives the impression is was slapped together quickly...

gildoorf said many times in the past about keeping the track quality high..
i'd rather less well built tracks than a mass of low quality ones..
sorry to be harsh but i don't want to see a trend begin here......

The track is intended for the Mod TC its not a F1 track

Nasty dark grey tarmac lines on the right side of the track, that is caused by a track side width that is over 1800.

if it was my first i'd make sure i had a more finished looking product at the end ......not trying to put the bloke down..but if this is part of a group of tracks for that mod , please consider my advice & spend more time on them....

very nice notice. I expect more south america tracks for gp4.

Jim i know you are right but at least the tracks are released.
Maybe in the future someone else would finish the work or even the author itself.

Hi there

As I was mentioned before, I´d like to say my point:

1. It´s not a trend on track making... At least not for me, or people like Lo2k, Ruboy, TTM, PrBlanco, Btone, MarioB, Erwin, Fongu, Lampert and you, Mr. Jim.

2. I don´t feel confortable listening to things such as " at least tracks are released". For sure many tracks for GP4 is the most important thing to this simulator at this moment (my opinion). But some realism is needed. Or what would happen if people start to release cars without wings, or helmets with no hans? I´m sure that track making demands a track project, some research and a lot of time available to put the things in the right place, in the realistic place I mean...

3. Thanks to Ariel Asuraniti, JCaranti and people from GP4Argentina. You guys are doing a great work, with Carretera Mod and many other stuff. Both tracks still have a beta appeareance, I know and you know, but I´m sure this will be enhaced and driving experience will be much more fun... These are tracks created from a scratch and this is something to aplause...Thanks a lot you guys.

For sure it´s the most important GP4 community at Latin America nowadays... Hope you keep releasing (and enhancing) your projects...

I totally agree with gildoorf, this game needs more tracks and the guys
do a great job. If you remember the first tracks for rFactor were very
poor and terrible, this track is much better.
I am looking forward to the 2006 TC mod.
