Anyways, Not even close. We could still do better in some areas, such as tracks. It seems like most tracks keep getting released with incorrect tarmac and the same grasss, with dirt between the white line and where the grass starts.
Although, most of the better tracks have this stuff corrected.
The Flanker is gone.

It was better at first, but I had to change it because it became a bit large in IE

Theres a MAX MOSLEY MOD coming up soon, with slower cars, go-kart style tracks, lots of rules regarding penalties, stewards discussing if Schumacher should get your points if you are a BMW driver, one tyre supplier, weekly weird Red Bulletin news and speed limit through the last corner at Indy for michelin-shod cars.

Most of the Highres updates ive seen. I dont know which ones exactly, however (havent played for a while) spa was one that always had it, same with suzuka IIRC.

It is the maximum for now.
At first we couldn't edit anything in GP4, then people found out how to edit .tex files and changing textures was the maximum (Is this right?) Consider GPxPatch, GP4Tweaker, CSM and 3DEditor, each one of these (wonderful) tools established broke a previous limit for GP4 editing and established a new one.
But never say "this is it, there is nothing new to do, progress is over."
